Fulya DİKİCİ
After graduating from high school in the United States , Fulya has obtained her law degree from the University of Istanbul , Faculty of Law and thereafter started her career in 1982 at Hatem Law Office. Having worked for the firm for over 23 years and having established and developed the aviation department there, she set up her own practice specialising in commercial and financial law. Throughout her long career she has gained extensive experience in the fields of aviation law, commercial law, banking law and in commercial and financial litigation. She has counselled numerous clients including large multinational banking and finance institutions and aircraft manufacturers', owners and lessors in and around the region. While she is highly experienced in sale and lease of aircraft, cross-border asset and project finance in Turkey involving aircraft, ships and other vessels, motor vehicle fleets, she works particularly aviation finance and leasing disputes with specific skills in aircraft repossession. She has numerious experince on government contracts where she assists foreign clients who participate in tenders initiated by the Turkish Government and attends international arbitration proceedings. Fulya Dikici regularly participates in seminars and conferences abroad and is a contributor to many legal publications. Her articles regularly appear in newsletters and Turkish law guidelines. She is ranked by many legal guides among the top attorneys in her field in this jurisdiction.
Ata DİNÇER
After graduating from the University of Istanbul , Faculty of Law , Ata Dinçer lived for 4 years in England ,during which time he followed Law of Marine Insurance cases in London University , King's College. Ata worked at Hatem Law Office for twenty five years and provided his services on matters relating to commercial law, criminal law and property law. After leaving Hatem Law Office in December 2005 he started his own practice and joined or team to lead litigation matters. He specializes in commercial and financial litigation: aviation finance and leasing disputes. He follows up on court proceedings such as the obtainment of precautionary measures and injunctions. He has extensive experience in the issues of bankruptcy and enforcement law. He is fluent in English.
Talin ALTUN
Following completion of her graduate studies in the United Kingdom at London Guildhall University, Ms. Altun initiated her career at Hatem Law Office where she focused on aviation law and financing. She has gained extensive experience in contract administration and closings and has given her valuable support to a ircraft deliveries in the most meticulous way. She continues her collaboration with Mrs. Dikici in the field of aviation and is currently completing her LLM degree with a specialisation in Banking and Finance Law at University College London. Ms. Altun, who is bilingual is admitted as a sworn translator.
Ezgi TINCER
Ezgi Tincer is a 2008 graduate of the Bilkent University Faculty of Law. Immediately after graduating from Law School, she completed her internship in Ankara at Öz&Öz Law Firm where she worked on enforcement and bankruptcy law andcommercial law. She became a member of Ankara Bar in January, 2010. Ms. Tincer attends symposiums and trainings and has certifications. Ezgi joined our team in April 2010. She is fluent in English.
Murat AKSU
Murat graduated from 9 Eylul University, Izmir in 1998 and is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. Following his internship he set up his own practice. He joined our team in 2006 and with has experience in commercial law and bankruptcy proceedings. He has concluded in our Office with various repossession cases. He is actively involved with procedures before the governmantal offices through which he became familiar with government relations and Supreme Court and Administrative Court proceedings. Mr. Aksu is fluent in German.
Aslı Tekin is a graduate of the Bilgi University, Faculty of Law. Following graduation she commenced her legal internship in a law firm where she specialized in commercial law and enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, thereafter she went to the UK, where she completed a certificate program in International and Commercial Law. She obtained her LLM from Galatasaray University in Business Law. She is a member of the İstanbul Bar since 2009 and is fluent in English.
